We live in southern BC Canada and live on a pond. There are carp in it - at least I was told there were carp. They are not overly large - some a little bigger than pan size, they appear to be dark brown or black in color and swim close to the top of the water in a small school. Anyway, I want to know how to catch them and if they are good eating. If they are, how do I prepare them for cooking and how do I cook them. Thank you for your time
